This sculptural dress was created in response to the prompt Paper Couture. Made from the pages of forgotten books, the piece explores the idea of preserving stories and giving them a new life through fashion. Each folded page represents a different adventure, memory, or character, reflecting the countless stories hidden within the books. The red roses symbolise courage and love, themes that are often found throughout literature and storytelling.Created from mixed media materials including paper, fabric, lights, and found objects, the work combines sculptural and decorative elements to transform discarded pages into something meaningful and visually striking.
