The message of the painting is just like the way the building in the picture is full of life and fun colours we also can have a positive outlook on life and decide to see the world, especially school as colourful instead of bland and boring.
The architecture of the building is realistic but the design and my interpretation of the building was inspired by pieces by Howard Arkley and the types of designs you would find in Dr Seuss books and The Simpsons show. I wanted to use bright colours to show how the arts always pop in fun ways compared to the other learning areas.
