The main themes of my artwork are memory and sentimentality. The images in the background represent past experiences. They lack finer details, conveying not only the passing of time, but also the fact that experiences are more valuable than the photos that capture them. The string of lights also reinforces these happy memories as celebrated moments in life. The plushies surrounding me were all either gifted to me or made by me, representing my relationships and creative pursuits.
