This piece explores duality—gentleness vs savageness, pain vs cure, beauty vs danger. The snake, often feared, here symbolizes healing, wisdom, and transformation. Coiled protectively around fragile dried flowers, it reflects my journey of growth, strength, and vulnerability. The flowers represent nature’s fragility and environmental urgency. Since moving to Australia, I’ve faced personal struggles, and like the snake shedding its skin, I’ve learned to adapt and heal. This work is about embracing contradictions—how strength can be gentle, and beauty can be dangerous. It’s a message of resilience, protection, and finding balance within ourselves and the world.
