This digital painting is both a vision and a warning of what may happen if we don’t act soon. The images in the background refer to events happening right now in the Ukraine. The isolated girl, who needs a helmet to breathe, is shown despondent and reflecting on historical inaction that has led to a point where nothing can be reversed.
