In my drawing ‘Epiloque of Ruins’ I wanted to create the feeling of being very small in a strange, liminal landscape where a sculpture towers above you. My work depicts a surreal interior place where a formerly peaceful world has been destroyed. It asks the viewer to question what might have happened. This drawing is influenced by the metaphysical landscapes of Giorgio de Chirico.
