How to photograph artwork for submission
Every year, judges at Young Originals receive art submissions from Western Australian students. Each piece of art is judged by a panel of professional artists who shortlist using one thing – a digital photograph of the students artwork!
Your submission photography therefore is extremely important and as a guide for taking the best possible photos of artwork, using simple lighting and camera techniques, please watch a short instructional video here to help you achieve the best result.
